How to Get a Russian Visa in Less Than a Week
So, you’re in a hurry to get to Russia? My Russian friends would joke asking, “what have you forgotten in Russia?” If you really want to get to Russian inside of a week and need a visa before you go, be warned that it’ll cost you a pretty penny. If it’s coming out of your own pocket, I recommend taking a look at our post here on avoiding those costs. Since you’re here, I’ll assume it’s urgent so we’ll get to the point. Yes, it’s possible but we need to hurry, hurry, hurry!
You’ll probably want to consider a full concierge service option. This will get your documents prepared and ready as fast as possible, within a few hours, and ready to be overnighted to our office. We will submit your documents the same day we receive them and overnight them back to you the same day we pick them up. So, yes, it is possible to have done within a week. The Russian consulate expedited processing is 3 business days plus the 2 overnight mailing days which will land you with a valid visa to Russia in hand in 6 days or less.

Now, let’s cover the costs. Let’s take, for example, a single entry tourist visa for 30 days. You need to urgently make it to a last-minute business meeting, friend’s wedding or you just grabbed a steal on airline tickets, which is ironic because the price of rushing your Russian visa will probably offset the cost.
Our No-hassle Package costs just $178, which includes a tourist invitation. You barely lift a finger during the whole process except to take a passport picture on your smartphone, fill out some personal information, print out the visa application we email you, sign and mail it with your passport to our office. We’ll take care of everything else.
Our rush fee is another $150 which ensures your documents are submitted same day and sent back to you same day.
The Russian consulate fee for rush delivery of single entry tourist visa is $222.
All in all the total comes to $541 to get a Russian visa urgently in just a week. If you don’t mind getting some of the work done yourself, you can opt out of the No-hassle package and get our regular visa submission service for $99, a tourist invitation for $15 and add $150 for rush service ($264 in services). Add the consulate fees and that’s $477.
If you’re not yet in this urgent situation, please please please plan ahead to avoid the rush service fees. Otherwise, you better get your order started now!
